The brain does not rally around corporate jargon and abstract statements.
It remembers stories. Images. Emotion. Meaning.
If your vision sounds impressive but no one can explain it without pulling up a slide deck, it is not doing its job.

Paint a picture people can actually see themselves in.
• Make It Sticky
Use language that is simple, emotional, and human.
• Test for Traction
Ask five people to explain the vision in their own words.
If your team cannot repeat it, they cannot rally around it.
