The Challenge

The organization was suffering from heightened burnout and stress as a result of the pandemic. There was a lack of unity and collaboration among leaders and no clear career path to inspire and equip emerging leaders. There was a keen desire to increase the resilience and adaptability of leaders and staff. They faced the need for a common language and a set of tools and strategies to boost morale and grow their teams and community programs.

Our Solution

We created a comprehensive leadership development program tailored to the areas of responsibilities for enterprise, established, and emerging leaders and individual contributors. The initial six-month program included group sessions, huddles, individual coaching, and monthly webinars aligned to the organization’s values. We established an ongoing emerging leaders program to boost talent retention and impact.
