Lance Blakley is a seasoned leadership coach with a background in pediatrics. He blends science with strategy to partner with clients to uncover individual strengths, gain clarity on direction, and identify practical solutions. Lance coaches emerging, established, and executive leaders in across many of industries, including healthcare, technology, research, construction, and aerospace.
At the Yellin Group, Lance oversees the coaching component of our signature LEAD experience, which incorporates individual and group coaching. Additionally, he administers and debriefs a variety of assessments, including the 360 LEAD, DiSC, EQi 2.0, and CliftonStrengths.
Lance is easy like a Sunday morning. He lives just Northeast of Dallas, Texas, with his wife, Sherry, in a small farm town where the cows outnumber the people and the stars light up the sky. When he’s not coaching, you’ll probably find Lance in a pair of jeans and a cowboy hat – comfortable and stylish (and he says they make him look like a movie star). Lance loves good country dancing, steak, barbecue, cold beer, and fine wine. He can cook up a storm in the kitchen or fire up the grill for his almost famous wings. He enjoys spending time on their boat with his wife, traveling, and fixing things around the house (give him a hammer, and he’ll get it done!).
