Callie Yellin brings a winning mindset to Yellin Group – literally! As a standout collegiate athlete at Rogers State University, Callie helped lead the Hillcats to a 2022 NCAA Division II National Championship and the 2024 MIAA Co-Regular Season and Tournament titles. Her consistency at the plate and in the field made her one of the most distinguished players in program history.
Callie hung up her cleats, but it’s clear that she’s passionate about continuing to help people perform at their best – mentally and emotionally. She returned to RSU as a volunteer assistant coach and is currently working with the coaching staff on mental performance for their athletes.
Callie has a Bachelor’s in Strategic Communications, a Master’s in Community Counseling, and ICF-accredited training – making her a triple threat when it comes to communication, coaching, and performance.
When she’s not helping teams level up their mental game, she’s dreaming of Moroccan skies and hot air balloons (a bucket list trip!). Closer to home, Callie likes to spend casual weekend mornings fishing in cool places.
